Okay so i am so excited about the new movie Precious coming out. I have been waiting to see this film ever since i saw the preview when i wasted my money to see that whack ass Tyler Perry movie "Madea goes to jail." Let me start by saying this. I have no problem with Tyler Perry i honestly think he is a great screen writer and director. My problem is that all his movies repeat the same material. I need something refreshing from him just something new and different. Shit give me another race besides the stereotypical black person. But that's not the main point of this post. What i want to talk about is the new movie Precious. It stars and amazing cast like Monique who is actually playing a role were she isn't yelling and saying skinny bitch jokes (which i live for). And Mariah Carey who makes her first on screen appearance with no make up. The bitch is striped down and raw which i am really excited to see. And a fresh face actress named Gabourey Sidibe who plays Precious in the movie. I am even more excited about the plot. An abused girl seeks love and acceptance so she sleeps with a man ending with her pregnant her abusive mother (played by Monique) hurt by her own inner demons lashes out at Precious. The movie to me seems like a very solid great movie. Its no cliche we will over come shit its real and that's what i want. I am looking forward to seeing how Tyler Perry made this movie. I just wonder was he able to really deliver it with a bang without his trusted lackluster jokes and the infamous Madea. I am really excited to see what he has done with it and did he meet the challenge. Arrgggg i am crazed with excitement over this movie. People go and see it, it looks to be a tear jerkier.

We exchanged hello's shit like that...it got weird when he asked for my new number. So not thinking i gave it to him. Not even an hour later i received a text. We started texting and then he drops I have a dude but i miss you. So that got me thinking. Could i be Boyfriend #2. Could i play the sideline hoe role?

Now first i would like to start by saying that I really don't like to do many celebrity post. But certain new developments in pop culture news have pushed me to this. Now lets begin. First this just in Beyonce' and Lady Gaga to do the Video Phone remix together. My gay hormones are already raging over this collabo. Who would have thought the Queen of R&B and the H.B.I.C of Pop would be making a video together. Two of the best female artist in the game will be going head to head on the that video, and i am sure the fashion will be to die for. I can't wait. Now the only thing I fear is that Beyonce' might not "bring it" like she should and get slayed on her own song. But I'm sure she got that shit on lock. Speaking of Lady Gaga since the cancellation of her and Kanye West tour (wipe tear now) she will be doing her own tour called The Monster Ball Tour. When i tell you i can't fucking wait!!! Arggggg Miss Lady is gonna devour. The promotion poster looks fucking hot. And now for the most jaw dropping news of all. Rihanna is back in the studio THANK GOD!!! I am really looking forward to hearing her on a solo track. I am tired of playing Good Girl Gone Bad to get my Rihanna fix. This should be very interesting. Sex Before it FALLS OFF!

Today during my English class the topic of sex was brought up. And me being a normal 18yo old college student I immediately began to add into the conversation. One of my classmates shared that she would not have sex before marriage. And that got me thinking. WHAT THE HELL?!?!?! I understand the whole sex before marriage thing and to follow the bible but come on. Sex is a personal thing shared between two people who care deeply about each other. Their should be no time constraints on sex (meaning that i shouldn't have to share a wedding date for us to get it on). I shouldn't have to tell you I do before we can explore the most intimate part of each other. Now im not telling you to sleep with half of the population...but don't shut another person who might actually love you for someone who might not even care and is just lying to get into your pants. I am in no way condoning promiscuity (even though its a personal choice) I'm just saying that love is love. And a marriage certificate should not have to give me the green light to have sex.

I'm Black and Not Proud.

I'm sure that anyone that has not been living under a rock has heard about the tragic riot and death of 16 year old student Derrion Albert (R.I.P). I feel that i don't have to go into details on what happen or show the video. I will let other more mainstream blogs handle that. But i do want to talk about my feelings on this matter. When reading the article on him and watching the video my heart went out for his family. But in the back of my mind anger and rage built up at the thought of this sensless murder. He was killed in a gang battle that had nothing to do with him. He was attacked, beatin senseless and killed. I rarely like to use race to anyone's advantage but in this case I feel their is no way around it. Watching that video I felt ashamed to be black! And that is rare for me to feel ashame. Us as black people constantly yell about how we are treated unfairley and the "white man" is trying to keep us down. But look how we present our selves. As savage animals, blood thirsty and untamed. We put our ownselves down by doing outrageous acts and alowing it to be caught on tape. WAKE UP MY PEOPLE!!! How long will we use slavery as an excuse for ignorance. TAKE RESPONSIBILY! TAKE CONTROL! We as people carry ourselves in such an ignoranrt way we can't falut other races for looking at us as such. A young man is dead and for what. He was at the prime of his youth and he was struck down by IDIOTS! BY NIGGERS! I don't like to use that word but anytime we as people do something so outrages and crude thats the only word to describe it. And dont get me wrong I understand that other races act just as crazy...but the difference is I can't youtube white people brawl or ghetto indians. Yea I'm black but right now i'm not proud. I'm black and i'm ashamed and scared.

And its a heart breaking situation!

Is it wrong for me not to trust my best friends boyfriend? I feel as though its not...Now thinking about what I want to talk about and whats really on my mind I feel is unnecessary, because certain thoughts and feelings don't need to be expressed via blog. Its not my problem, and its not my relationship...it really ain't got shit to do with me. I'm just not gonna worry about it because like the black motto said's "It ain't none of your god damn business!" Got to love my race lol.

Mrs.Michelle Williams has surprised me again. While enjoying London fashion week Mrs.Michelle was snapped wearing these darling outfits. I'm really proud of her. I don't think anyone ever thought after Destiny Child ended she would still be relevant (and she's really not) but we have to give the girl props for trying. Her stylist is really giving this gospel bell some cool points, (Now if we can just get Kelly on the band wagon) I especially love her leather jacket,dress, and nerd glasses combo. The whole outfit just works for me. Hopefully Mrs.Michelle can come hit us with a great album even though I was kinda feeling Break The Dawn. (Thanks to concrete loop for the pictures)

Blogging in such sweet sorrow!

Pewwww blogging is hard. After first creating What's the De-Gaga I always thought that it would be soomthe sailing. I would have an amazing design and it would be the next big thing. Now I see its gonna take alot more work then I orginally thought. I constantly change my page trying to compare my self to other blogs that I read. I never feel that my blog holds a candle to theirs. Blogging reminds me alot of highschool. Trying to fit in with a certain "click" or trying to be the best dress. I feel like in making this blog im kinda losing my voice and copying things that I see. I even spent all last night downloading different templates in the hope to look fresh and innovative. That's why i have decided this will be the last time I change the design of my blog. I am happy with the way it looks and I can only hope the people who come to my blog are happy as well. I'm switching my attention from design to the actual quality and substance that my post have. Lady Gaga is one of the bigest pop stars out at the moment. She brings a breathe of fresh air to the dull pop genre. So while going through my favorite blog concrete loop i stumbled upon a bitch named Eva Simons. I was like okay she looks different I might be able to get into, her until I listened to her new single Silly Boy. And then ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE!!! I had my heart all set for Lady Gaga and Rihanna collabo. In my dreams this was suppose to be Rihanna's comeback song. It would top the chart and be larger then Paris Hiltons sex tape. But... no this bitch had to come along with her ugly ass red mohawk and bad Lady Gaga dance routines. The whole video was basically a rip off of Love Game and Just Dance. She crushed my Rihanna dream and she didn't even crush them with a sexy bad ass video. She did it with a shitty outfit and a silver one piece. So What's the De-Gaga Eva Simons? Whats wrong with mainstream?

"Baby you the best you the you the best you the best i ever had..."-Drake. Drake is one of the hottest best new artist out there. He is finally getting his chance to shine in the mainstream rap culture. But for some very odd reason Drake is feeling the effects of losing major fans because of this success. I like to refer to it as being a "underground hoe." What that means is that the minute an artist become major you don't like them anymore so you switch to the next underground artist. Now im all down with the struggling rapper/singer/band movement. But come the fuck on peeps. How the hell you gonna promote someone and then when they get they fame you dump them. Thats kinda counter productive. You cant say you want someone to get the recognition they deserve and when they get it you drop them. Lets be smart here Underground hoes. Lets not be the dumb people who throw out our Drake mixtapes because he has a real cd. And I understand people say you should support underground artist. But lets be honest if i wasn't for major mainstream artist like Lil Wayne...we might now have our underground artist.

Ever since Bravo dropped Project Runway i have been searching for an excuse to love them again and thank the FASHION GODS that i have found it in the Rachel Zoe Project. Its such a good show. Now im not going to give a synopis about the show. Because im a lazy blogger and i am busy twittering right now but its a great show. Peep the pics! Okay this is my first blog so i'm really excited...now im sure i won't get that many ppl reading my blog but shit I just feel like blogging. So first off if anyone that is not from the gay world is probably wondering what does De-gaga mean it really means whats going on shit like that. Its a gay term so if you are straight I don't really expect you to know it. Now this post is in the mist of Vogue Evolution being sent home. Now yall know im already pissed about that one. They were one of the best groups their. And for them to get sent home was some shit. Now let me tell yall the reason i feel they were eliminated. Okay first reason. They were openly gay. Which is not a reason but America being so with the faith and shit like that they were not ready for that. The second reason...that argument with Lil Mama. That shit fucked them up real bad. They really needed Lil Mama to go for bats for them to save them but i imagine her big forehead ass being like fuck them send them home. But her petty ass not realizing that she need the gays to make or break her career cuz we already know she aint the best female rapper around. Now why this is fucked up because VE was one of the best groups this season. They brought something different to the show something that the show needed. One thing that the gays will always do is bring the entertainment and thats what they did. So VE will be missed. And im so not watching ABDC anymore.
